CALVES
Sitting on the floor, switch on your Orb device and select your desired speed setting, then place your Orb device under the area of the calve muscle you wish to treat, move the device around the areas that feel tight whilst applying additional pressure as required for approximately 2 minutes and repeating on the opposite calve muscle as required.
LOWER BACK
Switch on your Orb device and select your desired speed setting, then place your Orb device on the floor and lie down face up, positioning your lower back on top of the device whilst keeping it parallel to your waist and your knees bent. Now gently make small circular motions across any sore muscles, applying additional pressure as required for approximately 3 minutes. Repeat on the other side of the lower back if required.
