Follow these steps to recovery:

Step 1) Select your preferred attachment and insert into the device. Using the MuscleGun User Manual for guidance on your attachment choice.

Step 2) Using the control panel on the top of your device, select your desired speed setting.

Step 3) Using a sweeping motion, gently float the device across all key muscle groups on your body for around 5-10 minutes.

Step 4) Gradually apply more pressure to areas of the body where you feel the muscles are particular tight or sore. Continue the movement with your device across the muscle groups until tension and pain alleviate.
