How to treat plantar fasciitis
Estimated read time 2 minutes.
Symptoms of Plantar Fasciitis include pain around the heel and arch of your foot, caused by inflammation of a thick band of tissue that runs across the bottom of your foot and connects your heel bone to your toes (plantar fascia).
Plantar Fasciitis is common in runners and left untreated can lead to additional pain points around the foot, knee, hip and back.

Our recommended method is to use our ball attachment, engineered to treat tender areas across the body and with your MuscleGun device set to speed setting one, firstly starting to float it and massage the calf muscle for around one minute, then moving down it over the heel, arch and ball of the foot applying a very small amount of pressure for around 2 – 3 minutes.
This method can be applied daily as part of your recovery and wellness routine.
